Welcome to Centred by Charlotte
I’m Charlotte, a London-based Pilates and Lagree instructor with nearly a decade of experience helping people feel stronger, more connected, and more at ease in their bodies.
My path to teaching hasn’t been a straight line. During life’s more challenging moments, movement has always been my anchor, a way to stay grounded, rebuild, and reconnect with myself. That personal journey is at the heart of how I teach today.
For several years, I balanced a career in London property alongside teaching fitness, until it became clear where my true passion lies: guiding others on their own fitness and wellbeing journeys.
My approach is rooted in Pilates, mindful movement, alignment, and body awareness. I believe strength goes beyond physical power, it’s about connection, control, and how we move through life. True strength is built through consistency, compassion, and the courage to show up for yourself.
Centred by Charlotte was created from this philosophy. Through online Pilates sessions, I offer a supportive space where you can move with intention, breathe deeply, and find your centre, wherever you are in life or in the world.
